Important Notes

  • Payment Method: Fees must be paid by Demand Draft (DD) in favor of “Principal Food Craft Institute, Ajmer.” Write your name on the reverse of the DD.

  • First Installment: Due at the time of admission (Rs. 40,500 for Food Production; Rs. 35,500 for all other courses).

  • Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable/non-adjustable, except for the caution money.

  • Hostel Charges (Boys): * Annual Charge: Rs. 15,500.

    • Payment Schedule: Part-I (Rs. 8,000) and Part-II (Rs. 7,500).

    • Mess Charges: Rs. 5,000 per month.

  • Admission Criteria: First Come, First Served basis. No upper age limit.

  • Session Start: Classes tentatively begin the 1st week of August 2026.
